Royal Nails

Stopped by this nail salon while I was in the area and had some time to kill. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful — the decor is stunning and the overall vibe feels very polished and upscale. Mandi was kind and did achieve the shape and very similar color I was wanting, so I appreciated that. I do think the appointment felt a little rushed at times, and the sales approach was a bit overdone for my personal preference. As a business owner myself, I really value genuine interactions over constant upselling. One thing I didn’t love was that the woman who changed my nail polish was pretty rough while moving the towel and handling my feet, which came across a little aggressive and not the most professional experience. Overall, I would still come back again if I was in the area, but next time I’d probably be more direct about exactly what I want and how I like things done. The salon definitely does beautiful work and is a good option if you need your nails done!

4.5 stars! I had the bubbly and personable Tony as my nail tech! He made sure i liked the process each step of the way and that i was happy with the results! My only thing is that i asked for oval shape and a few nails are not very oval but i was coming from long almond shape to short and oval. But over all great experience! I would recommend you go to Tony at Royal Nails!

I was excited to go here because of the good reviews and cool pictures of the nail art. Unfortunately, I ended up disappointed in how my nails turned out. I didn’t catch the name of the person who did the design, but it felt like they were rushing a bit. The service was pretty good. Although they did switch between 3 different staff members throughout my service. The staff were kind, but how my nails turned out is the issue here. The shape is good, but the application of the gel on some of the nails is bumpy. The French tips are uneven, and the stars don’t look the best. I understand nail art can’t be perfect, and that’s okay. The part that I’m upset about is that the nail tech left a green dot on one of my nails where it wasn’t supposed to be. I pointed it out to him, and he just said it was fine and painted a clear top coat over it. I don’t like to be confrontational, so I didn’t really say anything else about the design. That part I take responsibility for. I ended up spending $120, including tip. They don’t look like they are worth that much, unfortunately.

The people were very nice and the massages were great. I got a shellac pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was good but the manicure was lower quality than I was expecting. These pics were taken same day and already look grown out, have hangnails, etc. I’m disappointed for how much it cost.

Although the technician was friendly and polite, the quality of the services was unacceptable. After the waxing appointment, there were still numerous hairs left behind, making it obvious that the job was not completed properly. The pedicure was also poorly done and looked rushed and unprofessional. To make matters worse, I was charged in two separate transactions for services performed by the same technician. Since I paid by card, I was charged the card processing fee twice. The separate payments also created two opportunities to request tips, which felt inappropriate given that it was the same person providing both services. I paid expecting professional results and left feeling like I wasted my money. Friendly customer service cannot make up for poor-quality work and a frustrating payment experience. I would not recommend this salon and will not be returning.
