Sign in to reviewSabine Huey is wonderful! She really takes her time to ask about every ache and pain and makes sure each one gets attention. Dr. Sabine Huey is not only a highly skilled acupuncturist, but she is also an authentic and compassionate healer. I originally went to her because of physical ailments and then found that she weaves into each treatment the psychological, physical and spiritual aspects that need to be addressed to holistically heal what ails me. I am in my 70's and have noticed dramatic improvement in my overall health since I started going to her for treatments. Thank you Dr. Huey for all that you do. The world is definitely a better place with you in it.
Dr. Sabine Huey is a masterful acupuncturist and health practitioner. She's both extremely skilled and compassionate. I came to see her with a variety of chronic health issues, and she created a comprehensive plan to address them all. Three months later, I feel better than I ever thought possible! I'll continue seeing Dr. Huey regularly to maintain my health and well-being. I'm so grateful to have found her. She's one of the best acupuncturists out there, without a doubt.
Acupuncture works. It’s amazing! Three months ago, I went to see Dr Sabine Huey because I have lumbar stenosis. I was in excruciating pain - in my lower back and the back of both thighs. There were times I was in so much pain, I couldn’t move. Dr Huey spoke with me at length, checked my pulses and my temperature in different spots. As she put in each needle, she asked if I was ok and explained what she was doing and which body part the needle would address. After about half an hour of placing the needles, Dr Huey left the room. I lay there on an examining table, the room dimmed with soothing music playing for about half an hour. When Dr Huey came back, she checked my pulses and temperature again and asked me how I felt. I was very relaxed. Then, for maintenance, Dr Huey did cupping. (If you don’t know what it is, please look it up.) As she extracted “the bad juju”, I felt energized. Every time I left the office, I was pain free for a day, then two days, etc. After the 9th intervention, I didn’t have any pain any more! It’s been a month and I feel great. Dr. Huey is very well educated in Acupuncture and is a natural healer. She’s also very generous with her time. The one hour sessions stretched out to 90 minutes - even 2 hours at no extra cost. The appointment was over when Dr Huey finished her work. She has a lively personality and is very dedicated. Her assistant, Alice, made a few phone calls and arranged for my insurance to pay directly, that is, I didn’t have to pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed. She schedules your appointments as far out as you would like. She also keeps the rooms very clean and warm. She’s a lovely person and ensures that the office runs smoothly. I can’t say enough about this remarkable practice. I feel like I experienced a miracle! Sincerely, Carol Converse San Francisco
