Saigon & Siam Place was such a pleasant surprise! I stopped by hoping to try both their Vietnamese and Thai food. I originally ordered the Tom Yum, but unfortunately they were sold out, so I didn’t get the chance to try their Thai menu this time. Honestly, that just gives me another reason to come back because I’ve heard great things about their Thai dishes. What I did have was the Vietnamese & Chinese food, and it was fantastic. The flavors were authentic, fresh, and reminded me of the kind of meals you’d find in Vietnam. You can tell they take pride in preparing their food, and everything tasted homemade rather than overly commercialized. The service was another highlight of the experience. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive. I have a feeling they might be the owners because they made everyone feel genuinely welcome. It’s always nice to dine somewhere where people truly care about both the food and their customers. Another thing I really appreciate is that they’re open late, which is surprisingly hard to find when you’re craving good Asian food in the evening. Whether you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine or planning to explore their Thai menu, I highly recommend giving Saigon & Siam Place a try. I’ll definitely be coming back soon for that Tom Yum and more!
Second Review: This place is truly a hidden gem! We keep coming back again and again. They’re open late and offer a wide variety of dishes, so there’s something for everyone. Tonight I actually managed to take photos before my family devoured everything—thank goodness! We ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, crispy homemade egg rolls, Cantonese chow mein, Mongolian beef, beef & broccoli, chicken Thai curry, and the house special fried rice. Everything was delicious and completely finished—no leftovers at all! The owner was also so kind and even added in two amazing fresh mangoes on the house. Such a thoughtful touch! We always have a great experience here and will definitely keep returning. _________________________________________ First Review: My family and I had a late-night craving for Thai food, and I was really set on pad thai. Most places were already closed—but honestly, that turned out to be a blessing because we probably would have never discovered this spot! _ My wife and son picked up our takeout and mentioned how kind the owners were, and how nice the place looked. As for the food—absolutely DELICIOUS. Easily 10 stars! 🌟 _ We ordered the shrimp pad thai, Mongolian beef, General Tso’s chicken, Thai chicken curry, fresh spring rolls, and egg rolls—everything was amazing. This place is a must-try, and we will definitely be back!
Delicious food & very awesome + kind owner. A hidden gem! Relaxing, calm atmosphere. I highly recommend if you are in the SeaTac area!
This place is a hidden gem! The food was tasty and not overly salty. You cannot beat the service, the guy in charge was prompt with the food and so amazingly polite and kind!
Not a good experience at Saigon & Siam Palace. The 4.7 rating drew me into the restaurant… but I soon figured out the restaurant recently had a name change and if you look up Ginger Palace you will see the rating is not nearly that high. The food was not good. The Crab Rangoons were over fried and barely had any feeling. It was basically like eating fried bread. The Pad Thai also had no flavor at all. It was served with peanuts and peanut sauce on the side. The peanut sauce was kind of odd because there should’ve been flavor put into the dish in the first place. The service was friendly but this place does not deserve a good rating because the food was not good. Also, if you read through some of the good reviews, you can tell that they are AI bots. Make sure to do research before coming here!
