Food is phenomenal. Service can be a bit slow, but it is well worth the wait. Prices are decent. I’ve had crab cheese wonton, bahn mi, both egg rolls, spring rolls, combination plate, and veggie plate and they’re all delicious. Their bahn mi slaps so hard tho it’s the best one I’ve had this side of Denver.

Fast and friendly service! I ordered the rare steak pho and fried dumplings (gyoza/pot stickers) as an appetizer. (I added my own toppings/sauce for the photos of the pho) Also had a lovely Thai iced tea (not pictured because I drank it too …

This place has some of the best pho I’ve had in a long time. The broth is rich, flavorful, and tastes like it’s been cooked for hours. The meat is fresh and tender, and the portions are generous. What really stood out to me was the staff — super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect without being overbearing. Definitely coming back again!

Our best Pho experience in Colorado. I am not an expert but I have had Pho in California, Maryland, Hawaii and Copenhagen (off all places), and Saigon Terrace has the best combination of soup, service and atmosphere. It’s all about the soup and freshness of the ingredients and this place is top notch. The restaurant is clean with mellow background music and an open feel. The service is exceptional. We have been there now about 20 times and I have to admit it feels pretty special when we walk in and the waiter says “Same thing today!”, and we nod yes. To us this is pretty special and very rare. So, all together, a very special place that we hope stays and thrives in Denver.

Food is really good. The pho broth is so tasty and the service is great, although we do have to wait a while to get our food. But servers are really attentive! My only complaint is that outside the restaurant and on google, their hours state Saturday and Sunday they’re open from 11 am to 8 pm. We went on a Sunday few hours before closing and right as we were finishing up, at around 6:10, people started coming in and they were told “we close at 7” the hours definitely need to be updated. But honestly, this is one of the better places in Denver.
