I've been struggling pretty bad with my MH and still feel new to the area. I had such a great experience here today. Each employee was helpful without pushing products. Just genuinly wanting to vibe and help out with my hair. I left feeling good with an array of things to help with my hair project. Look forward to going back when I need things.

I was being helped by a cheerful young lady to pick out a more expensive real hair 22" clip in hair. I took my time and seemed put the store associates advice on color matching. I ended up paying 260.00 imiedietly as I stepped out the door the sunlight reviewed how much lighter it was compared to my hair. I stepped back in the store and said to the girl who rang me up 20 sec ago I need to get a shade darker. Please let me switch it out. She replied NO! all sales are FINAL. NO! That's to bad. You can try dyeing it. Omg. That's incredible. It was a high amount to spend ! To not be able to use it , it felt so wrong. I know i know ALL SALES ARE FINAL. but come on my hand was still on the door. I would of appreciated it so much to have some excellent customer service this time. I am a frequent customer. This just irritates me so much.:/ So nice when taking your money than not at all the same when you need them to be fair. Anna

I rarely stop in at Sally’s but I was nearby and decided to see what they had. I was immediately greeted by both associates. But Lyric specifically made sure to ask if I needed assistance. I asked her for her recommendations of course, but what stood out to me was her personality. We’re going back and forth complimenting one another, being gals.. I’d enjoyed the conversation so much I almost left without the product I came for. That’s what you want when you walk into a store. Someone who treats you well no matter what you buy. I could care less if the product sucks if I’m dealing with a nice human like her. Thank you Lyric ❣️

I walked in with a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do with my hair. The person that helped me got me products that were perfect for my hair type, and also helped me with realistic expectations for what it could end up looking like and that made it so I was not only pleasantly surprised but over the moon with my results. I wish I got their name but the employee with the purple hair was so helpful and I would go back for their input with any new color process

I went in recently for a protein hair product but didn’t have a positive shopping experience. The first associate wouldn’t recommend a protein product for my hair since I color my hair with a toner, and she said protein will strip color from the hair. I told her I didn’t mind and I could recolor my hair, but she insisted I shouldn’t use a protein product, even if my hair needs it. The second associate tried multiple times to get me to buy an 8-in-1 hairdryer set when I repeatedly said “no, I’m not going to buy a new hairdryer today”. When she suggested an 8-in-1 product, I thought she was talking about an 8-in-1 spray for wet hair. It felt like an opportunity to unload an expensive hairdryer onto an unsuspecting customer. I’ll stick to buying products online or from other locations.
