I'm rating this location at 3 starts only because is closes at 6pm on Sunday. The Fairmont and Pasadena Southmore location closes at 7pm. I'm just curious as to why this one closes an hour early. Other than that custom service is great and the employees are great. But, maybe close at 7pm instead of 6pm. Just a thought.
During a recent visit, I observed satisfactory customer service from associates. However, I noted concerns regarding management conduct, including disrespectful communication toward employees in front of customers and a lack of clear support and communication this should be reviewed by upper management immediately.
They had the 1 item I was looking for. The employee was so helpful in helping find the item and was very pleasant
