Products here are fairly well, Sally’s standard. I came looking for a brown hair dye, and wanted an opinion for a color remover. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with their employees. Apart from looking unprofessional, the woman had a rude attitude when speaking to us and to put it simply talked to us as if we were dumb. There has to be a better standard for customer service at this store, won’t be returning.
Hey Vanessa was a big help!! Cause hell I didn’t know what I was looking for!! Very thankful for her patience!! It’s great when ppl out here doing there job!! I do wish they carried certain products!!! We need more stuff Sally’s! Where can we ask for more products???

And this is how businesses go out of business. They do too much and I’m definitely not buying any products from any Sally’s ever again. I saw they had the product I wanted 20% off online so I asked if they could price match the lady said no you have order online SO I DID. When it comes to check out I’m ready to take my product that I paid for online and she said “oh we have to wait 15 minutes” and I’m like I have to get to work I don’t have 15 mins. She then calls her other manager and she says I have to wait up to 1-2 hours!!!! So now I’m canceling my order nor buying a product nor returning ever again. Sallys definitely needs to look at their “company policies” since they couldn’t price match their own price nor let me leave with my paid product due to them. They act like they can afford to do all that that’s how you lose customers when these chains start closing down I won’t be surprised. TELL ME YOU DONT WANT PEOPLE BUYING YOUR PRODUCTS WITHOUT TELLING ME. They did everything for me to not take my product they’re clearly rich to be acting like that.
I personally do not shop here but, my daughter does. The fact that she asked me to bring her here on multiple occasions tells me she likes the store. She always seems pleased with the product
