Hey, was so done with my gray hair, decided time to color my hair. So, I decided to go to Sally's to try henna. First time, and I am very impressed and happy with the results. The coverage is amazing 👌. Henna smells like dirt and old plants, but it's all about covering my gray, which it did fabulously. The sales associate that day was wonderful and very helpful.

I love this location have been coming here for years It is a hair supply store, not a salon so stop expecting these people to know why your hair isn’t lifting Stop being stupid y’all. I don’t see any licenses posted up because they’re not licensed stop expecting them to fix your problems.

Eric was an absolute lifesaver! It was 5 minutes from close and I had went to the Cedar Park location to get some emergency hair for a client, only to be heartbroken when I was told that the Cedar Park location didn't have any braiding hair. After talking to I think the regional manager, she told me that this location would have the hair I was looking for but it also closed at 7, and was around 10 minutes away. Being a Sunday night I knew I was completely out of luck but wanted to call the location to see if they had what I was desperately looking for. Eric answered and told me that they did indeed have the product. After describing my predicament to him he told me that he would be able to let me buy the product regardless of my late arrival. I'm not writing this review because I recommend arriving after closure 😭, but because I wanted to recognize Eric's dedication; It's increasingly hard to find people who are truly dedicated to the art of customer service and are willing to go above and beyond when there is no expectation of such. We appreciate you Eric and thank you again! 🥳

I was in search of the perfect hair extensions for my upcoming wedding and was fortunate enough to be assisted by Emmy. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping me navigate through the various options until we found the perfect match. The extensions she recommended blend seamlessly with my natural hair and look absolutely stunning. What truly made my visit special was the exceptional customer service. Both Emmy and her colleague were so sweet and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed and answering all my questions with a smile. They made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. I left the store feeling confident and excited about my wedding day look. I highly recommend Sally Beauty to anyone in need of quality beauty products and top-notch service. Me and my husband came in this store today to buy some dye for my clients ! My husband smokes cigarettes and I can not believe the lady (with orange hair ) at the register had the nerve to say something about the way we smelt loud enough for us to hear and then proceeded to spray air freshener! Needless to say we didn’t buy anything and will never return !She needs to be retrained and educated on the fact that if you don’t like the way a customer smells refrain from commenting or spraying air freshener till they leave ! This was despicable and distasteful especially on this side of town
