You feel like prey getting stalked. I came here twice. First time I came 2 employees were near the register and no other customers. I walked in and asked about empty spray bottle, went to that aisle and noth of them went an aisle over and started hovering in that area I was in. I assume they think everyone is going to steal and have to keep an eye on them. It was the same thing when I went back the second time for a hairbrush. They just went and hovered. After youre done with the aisle and go to check out, they move out of the aisle. Coudnt imagine a job where you have to treat everyone like thieves and stalk them. Since i don't like the feeling of being stalked, Doubt ill come back here again. Just will go to DDs or order off Amazon.

Bought a pair of Andis clippers for around $40. Got home, opened the box, and found an entirely different brand of used clippers inside. I went back to the store the next day expecting a refund, but was told they could only offer an exchange. Fine.. I took the exchange home, only to discover that this pair wouldn’t even charge and the charging port was visibly damaged. Went back AGAIN the following day and was suddenly told “all sales are final.” Customer service here is ridiculous. I genuinely do not understand why I’m expected to contact the manufacturer and do extra legwork when the product was defective straight out of the box from the store itself. Instead of taking accountability, they denied the refund again and handed me another exchange. At that point, I gave the clippers to a homeless individual and told him to sell them so he could at least get some money for food out of this mess. This store apparently needed the $40 more than customer satisfaction or integrity. Extremely disappointing experience.

Lady with the braids was extremely rude and nasty yesterday. Drove across town for a product that I needed to find that the door was locked during business hours. She came to the door to yell at me to leave. I was simply looking at the “business hours sign” and was so caught off guard by her rudeness. Nothing but evil in her eyes. Something is wrong with her. Will avoid this location at all costs

I came in for some strawberry blonde hair color and had fun chatting with Vixen while looking around. She was really kind and made my experience pleasant. Vixen I hope you open your own hair salon!

Firstly, I was not greeted when I came in the store. It was very awkward I approached the two lady’s at the counter and they didn’t say a word until I asked for help. I KNOW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT HAIR and I made that very clear that I was relying on their guidance!!! I used a semi- permanent brown dye that turned my hair red brown I hate it so so much. I asked for a product that would remove the color and take away the red undertones. I spent $30 on two products and neither did what “they were supposed to” as a matter of fact my hair is way more red than before. Obviously this problem could be blamed on the products however it is the guidance I am unhappy about. She did not discuss different options with me she just selected the products and pretty much said these should get the job done. I asked several times “are sure” I even told her I was nervous because this was the first time I had dyed my hair etc.. I literally just spent an hour with chemicals in my hair that did not work but instead made my hair worse than before and damaged. If you can’t give good customer service such as simply greeting a customer coming into your store and if you can’t give even relatively decent guidance, you don’t deserve the job! So unhappy and disappointed. Worse $30 ever spent. I recommend YouTube over these employees advice!
