Sign in to reviewStore is clean and organized, but the customer service was disappointing. As a beginner, I had a few simple questions, and the associates were not helpful and came across as passive aggressive. It honestly felt like I was bothering them just for asking basic questions. The older lady with braids especially made it seem like it was a hassle to explain anything or even walk over to point out the right product. Customers come in needing guidance, and that should be expected. Very disappointing experience I’ll likely go to a different location next time
Alyssa was wonderful. Knowledgeable and helpful. She even suggested a cream bleach i can't wait to use. Love the Good Dye Young brand hair color. Also Generic brand shampoo and conditioner is but one get one half off!!
Poor customer service. While I was trying to ask for help the worker ignored me and asked another set of ladies that were in the back, whom had already been in the store prior to me coming. Then then entire time she was checking me out held a conversation with the other employee. Not once did she interact with me. I definitely wouldn’t spend my money here. Came for a DoorDash
Susie was awesome. Knew her stuff and advised me on everything I needed to go blonde. Highly recommend her shop!
The girls were super helpful seeing that they were so knowledgeable about bright vibrant colors.
