literally the worst customer service ever at a salon store ive been to i asked the older lady with glasses and the red head multiple times excuse me because i needed to get to something behind them and they kept blatantly ignoring me till i had to push my way through and then watched me weirdly through the store very hostile environment then when asking abt product recommendations because the products where not very organized and the layout was throwing me off the lady was helpful but not much shed show me a product or two but not really explain or answer questions about it and told me shed show me one of the two she recommended but walked away to answer the phone and never returned
Went in there to ask if my account was still available and I feel like the older lady with the glasses basically kicked me out the store wasn’t trying to help me or even try to hear what I was saying told me I shouldn’t be shopping here idk about you but just felt like poor customer service to me
Ladies here are excellent and knowledgeable. If you have a hair problem they can help you solve it

Love this location and the sweet ladies that work here. I’m a retired (but still licensed) esthetician and this has been my go-to spot for years for my own personal esty and cosmo supplies. I love their stock of pulp riot! The gals who work there are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Good prices. Clean and organized store.
