This ACURA dealership is clean and very welcoming. I found James Yu to be personable knowledgeable (he knows the MDX computer layout and amenities very well). James answered all my questions about the instrumentation and did so with clarity and detail. I appreciate him because buying a new car is always so stressful. James made the process better--great job! When i took my MDX for it's first service, I was fortunate to have Gary ss service advisor. He's very meticulous and courteous-- Definitely, i found the service department's Gary (don't know his last name) to be courteous and professional. -- But, when my car was given back to me (after the 5k service oil change), the mechanic --or whoever worked on my car-- left empty bottled water on passenger seat, AND had radio on a Spanish language station and it just didn't seem like it was as clean and professional as it should have been-- Kind of like going to a nice dinner with the host seating you at a great table, enjoying a delicious appetizer and main meal, but finding a cockroack in your chocolate cake! ----Will I go back for next service/maintenance? I haven't decided yet. I liked and appreciated James and Gary, both are professionals and knowledgeable about Acura cars! In my experience, both James and Gary are really top-notch. But the debris (empty water bottle) on passenger seat and unfamiliar radio station/music loudly turned up upon car pick up was disappointing... The service mechanics need reminders about keeping the cars in good order--Truly, notwithstanding a nice fresh crisp salad and juicy tender rib eye steak at dinner, would you want cockroaches in your dessert???

Do not come here, even for an oil change or god forbid an inspection… I got fooled once after hearing a noise on one of my front tires summer of 2024. Got my front brakes replaced per their recommendation since they couldn’t replicate the noise. I picked up my car and it still made the noise. Manager ended up doing a test drive with me and figured it out himself, not the techs working here. Came back for an oil change the year after and FULL inspections on my car (for a total of $330) on 2.16.2025. Picked up on 2.17.2025 and when I drove off for a bit I noticed smoke coming from my hood. I brought it back to the shop and there was spilled oil on my engine and parts under oil pouring are, no cap on my windshield wiper.. what kind of inspection did I pay for ? Did they even check my brakes, or everything else included in this inspection? Did they change my oil? All I know is I’m done coming to this place. Manager mentioned theirs new hires, not sure how that’s my problem? They offered me that next time I come they’ll have their best mechanic work on it. Huge pass.

Jesse showed me a CRV with a 3 inch rusty hole in one of the body panels. She assured me it would be repaired before I left with the vehicle. But when she gave me the pricing paperwork, there was an extra $2,500 surcharge to have the hole repaired. When I said I wasn’t going to pay for that the manager came out to talk to me. Jesse probably wasn’t at fault, even though I wish she had give me the correct info from the start and not wasted my afternoon. But the manager treated me extremely poorly. He was obviously trying to make me feel small and insisted I refer to the vehicle as a $21,482 car, not a $20,00 car. Unclear if he treated me that way because I’m trans or if it’s because I refused to blindly accept an extra $2,500 fee for body work. The hole was not shown or mentioned on the website listing. Will never be back.

On 03/18/2026 between 5pm-6pm my fiancé came to Honda after we got side swiped and that got the driver side mirror broken. My Fiancé then spoke with a service advisor named Rich & Eric and tried to get the mirror fixed and asked if they can look at the mirror but instead they didn’t bother looking at the mirror and lied about looking at it to my fiancé. Long story short because they didn’t look at the mirror and how damaged it was they ended up ordering only one part out of four parts that were needed. We ended up finding out today 3/21/2026. We were thinking we were getting it fixed today but instead we had to order those three other parts today when we could have ordered that same day we came in before.
