Sign in to reviewWeird way to review a place, but…if you watched Mister Rogers Neighborhood as a child, then you’ll be familiar with the calm, warm feeling that classes at this center provide. I just took my first “intro to meditation” and loved it - highly recommend, and I will be back :)
SFBC is a welcoming place to learn more about meditation and Buddhism, and to practice with a caring, engaged and creative community. The introductory classes are awesome - great teachers!
