Sign in to reviewAbsolutely loved my visit to Sana’a Cafe! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the coffee was honestly one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The latte was perfectly made with beautiful latte art and such a smooth, rich flavor. You can tell they truly care about quality and presentation. The café itself feels cozy, relaxing, and authentic — the perfect place to unwind, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a peaceful coffee break. The staff was also kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
Sana’a Cafe in FiDi is such a gem. We ordered a full pot of Adeni chai and it was rich, perfectly spiced, and comforting — exactly what you want when you’re settling in to relax or catch up with friends. The decor is absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful wall art and photos that give the space so much character and warmth. There’s plenty of seating, which makes it great whether you’re stopping by solo, meeting friends, or staying a while. Service was friendly and attentive without feeling rushed. They also have a great selection of desserts, so it’s an easy spot to satisfy a sweet tooth after chai. Parking is paid street parking, but totally worth it for the experience. Overall, a cozy, welcoming cafe with great vibes, solid service, and consistently good drinks and desserts. Highly recommend if you’re in the Financial District.
Sana'a Cafe offers a nice quiet environment to unwind and enjoy a beverage and desert. The decor is interesting and the ambience of the lighting, wall color, and furniture is comforting. The Chai tea is a little to sweet for my taste but it was pleasantly good. I definitely will return.
We had a an expresso and a cappuccino- both perfectly done. Also a slice of the Pistachio cream layered pie, and the spinach -feta Spanakopeta. The spinach pastry was absolutely delicious! Service was good - and the atmosphere is clean and golden - like a fancy coffee shop in Vienna! I think the music was too loud and made conversation a little difficult. I recommend this shop - great food and beverages in a lovely decor; I will be back.
One of the very few places which is open till late, and since I was craving a coffee in the evening, this was one of my few choices in the neighbourhood. Their primarily known for their yemini coffee and I wanna face by saying that I did not try their specialty, which might be actually really good, but rather just a latte, which was very average to be honest. They also have a nice selection of pastries and Middle Eastern sweets, and I tried a chocolate baklava, and it was again very average. Also, the service felt very fast food like with no smiles or no greetings. The prices were exorbitant and I paid nine dollars for a latte which is very expensive, even for SF.
