Sands RX was an absolute breath of fresh air. Unlike a typical retail pharmacy where you’re rushed through the line, I actually had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Natasha. She took the time to answer my questions, make sure I understood everything about my medications, and, most importantly, treated me like a person - not just another prescription. Natasha went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. She shared some of her own experiences in a way that made me feel understood, and that simple human connection made all the difference. She never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about helping me. I also want to recognize Garrett and Sarah. They were absolutely fantastic in working behind the scenes, making calls and doing everything they could to help expedite my medication through my insurance company. Even though the insurance ultimately couldn’t make it happen, they never stopped trying. They put in far more effort than my own insurance company’s pharmacy ever did, and that level of advocacy did not go unnoticed. Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but Natasha, Garrett, and Sarah embody it. They truly care about the people they serve, and it shows. I only wish I could use Sands RX to fill all of my prescriptions. Thank you all for your kindness, compassion, and for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. You made me feel like a person, not just another prescription, and that means more than you know. ❤️💜

I spoke with a representative about the best date to place my order and followed his instructions. After receiving no tracking information by the day my order was supposed to arrive, I called to check in. Apparently the $3000 order that was supposed to have shipped yesterday was incomplete and they decided to ship a day later without notifying me. I let the representative know that I would be away and that no one would be able to receive my package. She offered to cancel my order or have it shipped to my new location (rural cabin which I did not take her up on). Despite it being clear that this was their error for incorrectly advising me on when to place the order and not notifying me about the changes in shipping, the representative apologized 0 times for this inconvenience.

SandsRX was recommended by my physician as the only compound pharmacy that they trust and it’s easy to see why. Quality products, easy ordering and excellent customer service.

I’ve been a customer of Sands now for a few years and I live in East Dallas and they are one of the best Compound Pharmacy Frisco. I am SO grateful for NATASHA. She helps me every month heard my doctors office who is difficult to get a hold of and doesn’t always make it easy to refill my monthly medication, but Natasha is so quick to help people as much as she can and is direct transparent and reliable. That’s why I drive all the way from East Dallas, an hour each direction just to work with this pharmacy. The pharmacist has also been wonderful and helping me customize my medication not a whole lot of customization is needed, but when I have needed to, he was so kind and transparent and that with Natasha, they will never get rid of me lol. Highly highly highly recommend this compound Pharmacy not just for fertility reasons. They make medication for me that helps with pain management.. But they have always given me such a wonderful experience, which is not something you typically experience when working with pharmacies, but they make it a point to make each of their customers feel special and I don’t take that for granted. Thank you, Natasha for always being there reliable kind hard-working patient. I know there are words. I am leaving out and I’ll probably make another Google review when I remember them lol. 10 stars to NATASHA 🥳❤️
