Sign in to reviewWe cannot thank the team at SandsRx enough for what they did for us. In the middle of our fertility journey, we unexpectedly ran out of one of our IVF medications, and time was absolutely critical. Even though they were already closed, the staff went above and beyond by reopening the pharmacy after hours to fill our prescription. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help in such a stressful moment meant more to us than words can express. Fertility treatments are emotionally and financially demanding, and having a pharmacy that truly understands the urgency of these medications is priceless. The entire team treated us with genuine care and made us feel like our situation mattered. Because of their extraordinary customer service and dedication, we were able to stay on schedule with our treatment. We will always be grateful to for going the extra mile when we needed them most. They turned a moment of panic into one of relief and hope. Thank you for your exceptional care!
After several months as a patient, I can no longer recommend this pharmacy in good conscience — and a 1-star rating feels generous. My core issue is one that should never occur at a state-regulated compounding pharmacy: on three separate occasions, I paid upfront for four doses and received enough medication for only three. This is not a minor inconvenience — it is a quality control failure with real consequences for patients who depend on precise, consistent dosing. I am a reasonable person. The first occurrence I attributed to human error and let it go. The second raised serious concerns. But a third instance, within just a few months, suggests a systemic problem — not an isolated mistake. For a pharmacy entrusted with compounded medications, where accuracy is paramount, this pattern is unacceptable. What troubles me most is the broader implication: if this has happened to me three times, how many other patients have received short doses without realizing it? Compounded medications are often prescribed when no commercial alternative exists, making accuracy even more critical. I sincerely hope the pharmacy takes this feedback seriously and conducts an internal review of its dispensing and quality assurance processes. Patients deserve better — and frankly, regulatory standards require it.
I think this is my first review ever but cannot recommend SandsRx enough! Going through IVF and have called 5+ pharmacies for pricing quotes and SandsRx is always HUNDREDS cheaper and always so so fast at responding and shipping out time sensitive things. 100/10! The one thing that hasn't been hard in this.
Extremely disappointing experience. Communication has been almost nonexistent, making it frustrating to get any updates or clarity on my order. What’s even more concerning is how quickly they processed payment, yet delivery has been incredibly slow.
I have a chronic inflammatory skin condition and need an antibiotic and a cream to control. The antibiotic cost $800 for 30 days through Walgreens on my high deductible health plan and is medically necessary. SandsRx did what Walgreens couldn’t - they knew of and applied a coupon code and got my antibiotic down to $75 for a 30 day supply. They have live customer service and an AI agent named Jane which I use for refills. Best AI experience I’ve had - easy, no repeating yourself and payment is on file. Prescriptions are delivered and they recently implemented a tracking service so you know when to expect the prescriptions to arrive. My doc accidentally sent my refill to another similar pharmacy. I got it changed back to Sands. I rely on these meds and Sands has been a reliable provider over the last 3 years. I won’t go anywhere else for these meds.
