In the haystack of Anaheim, Sarkis is the needle you look for. It may take many baklava places to try, but Sarkis is the premier choice. Baklava melts in your mouth, made with tradition, soul, and love, not what you usually get with any other Arabic pastry shop. The workers never hesitate to help, and are always great with recommendations. Many shops have dry sweets, but Sarkis always packs with favor and moisture. If a blue moon appears to not like Arabic sweets, Sarkis also has Western-style pastries that are just as yummy.

I love pastries and sweets, I saw this popped up on the map so I had to come by. I don’t know what I ordered because there was no labels. But the lady said this item was her favorite and now it’s my favorite 😉. The baklava was pretty good, the eclair was eeeeh 😬 (pass). I would come back here again.
