Sign in to reviewWe had almond and chocolate croissant. Was very excited for this place but none of the croissants were crispy or flaky. Very disappointed. Croissants made in the French way are always crispy and flaky. These just look good from outside. I am not a pastry chef so don’t know what is missing whether it’s the French flour or French butter but something is missing .
Pistachio eclair is delicious! Update: been back a few times since our first visit. Customer services not very inviting or friendly. It creates an eggshell environment. Otherwise a cute café.
Great place for breakfast or lunch in relaxing atmosphere and cute setup. Their croissants and quiche are the best in Austin. For the extra french vibe touch, there’s a romantic french table in the corner
I would give this French restaurant 3 stars. My friend and I went to have a simple lunch. The staff was attentive and provided good service throughout the visit. The portion sizes were adequate, but the prices felt quite high for what was offered. The glass of wine I ordered was also quite small, which added to the impression of poor value. The sandwich itself was good and enjoyable. Overall, though, the experience didn’t quite match the pricing, and I don’t feel it’s a place to where I will return.
Delicious croissants!!! I ran in there 3mins before closing and she pulled out some croissants, I bought three and they were all delicious!!!
