Facials are a recurring highlight. Customers describe practitioners taking time to discuss their skin, explain the steps of a treatment, and create a plan based on individual needs. One first-time facial guest appreciated knowing what to expect throughout the process, along with the clean, organized treatment room and relaxing atmosphere. Another review praises a thoughtful skin-care plan prepared before the first appointment. These experiences may appeal to people who value clear communication and recommendations that reflect their concerns, rather than a visit that feels rushed. The specific treatment and plan can be discussed with the spa when booking.

Massage is another reason guests visit SB Health & Beauty Med Spa. Reviews mention relaxing massages and a Brazilian lymphatic massage, with customers describing practitioners who help them feel at ease and focus on tension. Guests also note the overall sensory experience, from the calming environment and pleasant aroma to the robes and small touches around the spa. For someone looking to make time for a massage or facial, these details contribute to an appointment that feels considered from arrival through treatment. The customer feedback reflects individual experiences; ask the spa directly about current services and which options may suit your needs.

The spa has also hosted a gathering in its garden, with a reviewer describing a spa party supported by accommodating staff. That makes the setting worth asking about if you are considering a group experience, though arrangements should be confirmed directly.
