We've visited this Malaysian restaurant a couple of times. Our order comes out in no time. We ordered gado gado salad (6/10) which we will skip next time. All the ingredients are raw veggies, instead of a mixed of steamed / blanched + raw. The peanut sauce does not taste like freshly ground peanuts, it's a bit too sweet. The Nasi Lemak is quite good (7/10) with tender beef rendang, fried anchovies, peanuts and cucumbers. The sambal chili is also too sweet and not spicy. The chicken satay (7/10) is moist but lacking a good peanut sauce and fried shallots. The Roti Chennai is actually the best dish (9/10), nice and hot, with beautiful curry sauce. The pulled tea / teh tarik (6/10) is not strong enough. With the grass jelly it tastes like regular boba milk tea. The previous time we ordered the "Chinese" dishes (BBQ Pork etc, noodles etc) we liked it better.

Khim and her husband went above and beyond! I’m so grateful for both of them and the effort and lengths they went to for us. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and he said his favorite dish was sweet and sour pork and I couldn’t find any restaurant that served the Malaysian style pork dish. I messaged Khim and explained the situation and asked if they’d be willing to make it. They agreed! The sweet and sour pork dish was wonderful and my boyfriend said it tasted delicious. He also thought the char siu was better than most out there. Khim is so sweet and even brought out her ukelele to sing him a birthday song and gave him a dessert with a candle. I not only appreciate how much effort they put into their food but also their dedication in building up their community. It seems like a very cute, welcoming place to come if you’re missing home or to try something you haven’t before. I wasn’t really too familiar with Malaysian food before this but it was so great all-around they definitely made me want to come back.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! The food is awesome, customer service is awesome and the staff will introduce and teach ukulele. They have a jam on Sundays 2pm - 4pm. Don't know how to play, come out, you will when they give you a sorry lesson!

My husband came here for a late lunch after leaving Disneyland early and glad this location was close and convenient. Parking was easy in the large free lot. It looks like a hole in the wall inside which means the food will be good because they’re not trying to dress things up. Starting with Malaysian roti canai with chicken curry sauce - the curry actually had some pieces of meat in it and the roti was so flakey buttery and tasty Half and half pork belly with rice - the crispy pork belly was our favorite and if we could do over, we would get all crispy. The roast pork was ordinary. Stir fried char kwey teow rice noodles - this did not stand out in flavor or texture. It tastes like any other stir fried flat noodles with a soy sauce / oyster sauce base. Prices were fantastic and we would come back to get the roti again and try other dishes.
