This was the most horrible disgusting matcha I had ever tasted, there were chunks at the bottom of my matcha and it was very warm and just in general disgusting. These two girls in the photo below were making faces as we ordered . Which I found it so disrespectful. I’m extremely disappointed, I had high hopes.
Came to Sharetea today while it was pretty busy, and Ana and Ruby still took the time to be really kind and welcoming. Definitely will be back!
It's my first time trying the teas from this place and I loved it! The service is very friendly, the flavors are delicious, and they have a great variety to choose from. Highly recommended!
Got my order wrong. And when confronted acted as if it’s my mistake. I guess they should be more considerate and polite towards customers. Finally when I got my order it didn’t taste good. So not a good experience.
Terrible experience!! unprofessional staff and awful service! I ordered a classic milk tea with lychee jelly and 50% sugar. The staff were constantly messing up orders, I saw at least two other people complaining while I waited. They didn’t give me a receipt or even an order number. When I was told it would take 15 minutes, I sent my husband to pick it up. At that point, they claimed they couldn’t find my order and just handed us a random drink that tasted terrible. When I asked for a refund (because I paid $8 for something I didn’t order), the staff refused, saying I “forgot my order number”, which isn’t true, since they never gave me one in the first place. To make things worse, when I told them the drink tasted shitty and that management should be better, the south asian guy staff member (possibly the manager) actually said: “We’re just two people working, and I know it tastes shitty.” Why are you working then? If you can't manage the orders and can't even make a drink, what's the point of working?
