Amazing tea and even more amazing service. They ran out of regular pearl bobba’s, so the lady called, apologized, and gave us other available options. This is called superb customer service. Teas are awesome and service is equally great, both taste and price wise. Highly recommended!!!

Love this place! I have brought my son a couple of times and the drinks are amazing! Staff is very friendly and helpful! It is a really cute little shop and even has games and books to read/play while waiting for your order even though they don’t take long at all. Also shop is very clean! I highly recommend this place! I will definitely become a regular customer there!

This was such a great spot. The minute you walk in, everything is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Even the trash bins were spotless, and the seating looked very hygienic and well maintained. They have so many beautiful real plants throughout the space, which makes it feel like the owner truly takes pride in taking care of this place. The decor is flawless, unique, and absolutely beautiful. The furniture is gorgeous, the lighting is wonderful, and there is such a peaceful feeling as soon as you step inside the Sheraton Richardson. I was greeted so sweetly by one of the girls, and I was very grateful for how kind and welcoming everyone was. They take care of you right away, which makes the experience even better. You can tell the staff really values customer service and creating a positive atmosphere. They also have a great variety of items available. I loved that they had different slides showing on the TV, along with a menu and even a 15% off Google review offer, which was really neat. They also have a gelato refrigerator, beautiful bamboo chairs and tables, and self pay kiosks for ordering, which is super convenient if the front gets busy. Overall, this place feels like a dream. Everything is so beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together.

I tried Sharetea for the first time today and had such a great experience! I love the decor and vibe inside, and the customer service was excellent. They helped me decide what to order based on my likes and dislikes and were incredibly kind. I ordered a strawberry blended with lychee jelly and it was cool, refreshing, and delicious! I'm so glad I discovered this place!

The place’s conditions were instantly calming swan décor, relaxing music, and an atmosphere that makes you want to linger a few extra turns. Service stats were legendary-tier. The staff greeted me with big smiles and genuine enthusiasm for their drinks, the kind of Trainer energy that boosts the whole battle. I chose the Blueberry Cheesecake boba, and the flavor hit like a Critical Hit Dazzling Gleam with a drink that was creamy, sweet, and blended well. If you’re hunting for a top-tier boba encounter, this one’s an easy Ultra Ball catch and absolutely worth the visit.
