⭐ Extremely Disappointing Experience — Poor Care, Rudeness, and Lack of Accountability I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office after being referred by my dentist for an implant removal. During the procedure, the odontologist damaged one of my other teeth, and I was sent back to my dentist to have it repaired. Because I had already used my dental insurance deductible for the year, I am now being forced to pay out of pocket to fix damage that occurred during a procedure performed by this office. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair. Beyond the damage to my tooth, the lack of compassion and professionalism was unacceptable. I am a cancer survivor, and I specifically informed the staff that I have difficulty having blood drawn from my veins. Despite explaining this, I felt that my concerns were disregarded. The procedure involved significant pain and discomfort, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with the care and sensitivity they deserved. Communication afterward has been just as disappointing. The front office has been unresponsive to repeated phone calls and text messages. The front office manager even told me she had already communicated with my husband, but when I checked with him, he confirmed that he had received no response despite his own attempts to contact them. Being given conflicting information instead of receiving honest communication only made an already stressful situation worse. I was also given strong sedation during the procedure, and my headphones fell off during the process. I have tried contacting the office about this as well, but they have not responded. What bothers me most is the apparent lack of accountability, empathy, and basic customer service. Dental procedures are already stressful, and patients deserve to feel safe, respected, and heard. Instead, I was left dealing with an additional damaged tooth, unexpected out-of-pocket expenses, significant discomfort, and an office that has been difficult to reach. I would not recommend this office based on my experience. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both patient care and communication. Patients deserve better than to feel ignored after trusting a provider with their health. I will be submitting a formal complaint.

Dr Chen is so open and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable with her explanation and reassurance that it will be OK, and it was ok. I hardly felt anything. I really like her.

Dr. Vinne Chen and her assistant, Sandra, took great care of my mom. The environment was very welcoming starting right at the front desk. I definitely recommend this office!

I was prepared to be in excruciating pain after having a root canal. I felt very little discomfort during the procedure. After the procedure was completed there was a small amount of pain. The next day, there was no pain or swelling at all. Thank you SDS for helping me to overcome the fear of dental work.
