From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome, but it's the outstanding care and kindness of Dr. Ramirez that truly stands out. Going to the dentist can sometimes feel stressful, but he completely changed the experience for me. He is incredibly patient, and genuinely kind. What blows me away every time is how much he cares about his patients as people. For someone to actually remember little details from our past conversations truly shows. It is so rare to find a healthcare provider who combines top-notch professional care with such genuine warmth and personalization. Like Ophrah Winfrey declares: You get a deep cleaning, you get a deep cleaning and you get a deep cleaning. This office really pushes for a deep cleaning when its not necessary. They'll even call your insurance company to get it approved. Do like me and get a second opinion. My gums are perfectly fine.
Dr. Ramirez is the best! I searched for years because my insurance was medical, nobody took it that was of quality. Finally I hit the jack pot with Dr. Ramirez. He listens, he hears you, and he takes the time to discuss issues and solutions. Easy parking on taraval on the sunset. I just had my 3rd cleaning today, he has been my dentist for 2 years!
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS from Dream Dental. Dr. Ramirez is extremely unprofessional. They billed my insurance to get the money, and failed to properly do my fillings. He left my treatment half way done because he “didn’t have time to finish it”, and now he’s “uncomfortable” to see me because I’ve confronted them about their unethical practices. Dr. Ramirez is a complete disappointment, so please save yourself time and sanity and go to a professional!
Doctor Summer saved me from an implant disaster that I had done in Mexico only 4 months prior. She is very accurate and honest in her assessments, but most of all she is a great dentist. The day of the implant removal was a breeze, even though was along seat, she did such an excellent delicate and painless job, from the way she anesthetized my mouth to the full implant removal, the experience was simply great. Thank you Doc Summer for being such a great dentist.
