These guys have got only one woman running the register and she's not there. She made eye contact with me, proceeded to keep doing whatever the heck she was doing over on the other side of the room, and slowly sauntered over about 3 minutes later to ring me up. No consideration whatsoever for me as a customer. If it were busy or she clearly had something urgent to do, I'd understand. But that was clearly not the case. This was F-tier customer service and I'll avoid shopping here from now on
I’ve purchased First Street 2% 1/2 gallon milk from your store twice and it’s been a mistake. The first time it went sour a week before the expiration date. I don’t know if it’s being left out too long before being put away or what. I was hesitant to purchase again. I was just in the store maybe 10 min ago. Purchased the same milk again. Due to the design on my fridge I have to put a lot of things on their side. It’s leaking from the lid before I even open it. This is supposed to be sealed yet it’s leaking. Due to needing to go to work I had no other choice but to use it and hope no one gets sick. Even after opened and resealed it still leaks.
Overpriced items, not enough staff to properly manage the front end, lines going into isles. I get it was Christmas holidays, but even on normal days, it's still not manned enough. It is clean and produce quality was good, but they need to step up their business.
I love the ample parking with easy access. The produce was fresh and abundant. Employees were friendly and helpful and the checkout girl was upbeat and had a great sense of humor. In and out of the store in no time at all.
