Everyone was so friendly, caring and made sure that you felt completely pampered before you left. It's a beautiful Establishment. You can never judge a book by it's cover. You can even opt for a shoulder and upper back massage included in your package that you choose. This is my first time and I must say the young lady that did my pedicure was the best. I've found my eternal place. HEAVEN. THANK YOU TWEE. YOU'RE AMAZING

Chi chi was the sweetest, very patient with me as I took forever to choose what I wanted. Made my day coming in. Nails look great, good quality, and what I asked for. She made sure to ask me throughout the process to make sure I was satisfied. Got a full set of acrylics French tips with add on gem for 60$. They also gave me 10% off.

My mother and I came here before she left town. She wanted to treat me to something nice because I’ve had a terrible past week. We had a loss in the family. She thought coming to get our nails done would be a relaxing experience. One of the first things, my nail tech did was pointed out the most expensive pedicure and tried to upsell me. That’s fine, that happens a lot and it’s OK. There was about six people in there total, including us too. Which I typically like, because it means I should get a more personalized experience. My pedicure was pretty good except for the constant trying to upsell, she also tried to make my regular polish gel and explained to me it last longer. I’ve had plenty of gel pedicures. My preference was regular. They also start off by handing you the smallest book of colors. I thought it was all they had the first time I came, but apparently that’s just what they do unless you asked for more. My pedicure is splotchy so is my mother’s. The worst part was my manicure. My mom’s cuticles look insane, but at least she was given a trim and polish of clearcoat. I was supposed to be getting Builder gel, which is not a cheap service, I’ve had it before, so I know how it’s standardly starts. My cuticles were not even touched, I was not asked to even wash my hands after she drilled down my nails, so there was dust all in the corners as she started applying the builder. She clipped my fingernails and then filed them, but did not even get the dirt under my nails out first. Then when she was applying the white Builder gel, it looked insane. I had asked her nicely if she had ever done this before and she said yes. But then she asked me if I liked the color which I did, it was white, and then she said that she doesn’t like white Builder gel that it’s hard to work with…. I’ve never heard someone try to blame it on the color, so I just asked her to take it off because I could tell it was going to be terrible. I asked for a regular manicure. She started trying to remove the first layer of Builder process with the drill again. Further, taking more of my nail bed off. Then she decided to soak them for maybe three minutes. I left with some still on my nails. So I’ll have to soak that off myself. She still did not scrape under my nails, but she did do my cuticles. They then proceeded to charge my mother for my manicure. When we got to the car, we noticed how terrible the paint jobs were on our feet, the cuticle job on our fingers, and the worst part of the dirt under my nails. I went back in and he refunded me $16. And was going to give me a percentage off next visit. I told him I would not be back but thank you for the $16. It’s just a shame because they were so insanely slow. You would think that they would have at least paid attention. It was probably the worst manicure experience of my life and I’m 32.
