Every time my nails looked subpar and I returned for a fix since they are extremely pricey. The Techs are not skillful, struggle with basic French tip, and some even rude. This latest visit they rushed through my husbands $35 manicure in 10 minutes and his cuticles are a mess! The manager actually told me I shouldn’t return after they fix my nails this time because they always mess up my nails. After spending over a thousand dollars here, and tipping for every fix. So I fixed them myself, did a better job, and never plan to return.
I’ve been coming here for about two months now and happy I stumbled across Sojourn Nails. The service is great and punctual! Rachel has been doing my nails. She is amazing. Her personality lights up the room. She’s funny! Everyone is helpful and nice! Highly recommend. Oh and the decor is really nice and Chic ✨
had a really unfortunate experience here, which makes me sad because I truly liked the environment and people. I had been coming for a couple months with no issues. When one set only lasted 6 days (they usually last a month), I was told over the phone I could come in and get them fixed for free. When I arrived, the technician told me I had to pay $5 for a new tip and then $15 more for a French tip, even though my original set already had French tips that I had paid extra for. I asked to speak to the manager, and the technician walked off and was talking about how I didn’t want to pay. The manager then told me I had to pay because she was “doing it for free,” which was confusing since management had already told me it would be no cost due to the issue. The whole situation was embarrassing and upsetting, and I had tears in my eyes trying to explain what I was told. They eventually did the service for free, but the French tips are crooked and uneven on every nail. But i didn’t want to be anymore trouble so i just didn’t say anything else. I appreciate that they didn’t charge me, but it wasn’t worth being embarrassed and made to feel like I did something wrong when I was polite and understanding the whole time. And now i have to have ugly nails such an L wish they did better I would have gone to them many more time without this incident
I’m visiting from out of town while my husband is here for work, and I was looking for something to do while he was at the office. I decided to check out this place, just a quick 5-minute Uber ride from my hotel, and I had a great experience! The staff were super friendly and did an excellent job on my gel manicure and pedicure. Plus, I was treated to complimentary wine while I relaxed. Highly recommend!
I stopped by this nail salon while traveling in Houston and had such a wonderful experience! They were able to fit me in for a same-day appointment, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene—perfect for relaxing before a girls’ weekend. Tracy did my pedicure and was very attentive to my needs, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality of service. Anytime I’m back in Houston, this will definitely be my go-to spot!
