I really enjoyed Jai’de’s pleasant conversation, attention to detail, and her wanting to make sure I was okay because my nails were not easy. She did an amazing job and I look forward to working with her again.

I got my time wrong and was 30 mins late! Cookie was so sweet and accommodating. She didn't cancel my appointment, which she could have done. Instead, she worked really fast and got me done in time for her next appointment. I was so grateful! She was professional, courteous, and caring. 10/10

My experience was extremely disappointing. My appointment began at 1:45 PM, and I did not leave until approximately 4:50 PM. After spending over three hours in the salon, I expected quality service, but unfortunately that was not my experience. My nails were poorly executed, with uneven shaping and an unfinished appearance. During my pedicure, my cuticles were cut multiple times to the point of bleeding, which was painful and concerning. My feet looked more acceptable than my nails, but neither service met my expectations. I was also charged a convenience fee and taxes, and after paying online, the system showed a remaining balance of $28. However, I was given a different balance by the technician, which created confusion regarding the final charges. I initially chose to provide this feedback privately and gave the salon an opportunity to address my concerns before posting publicly. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this salon. Update: The salon’s response states there was no visible indication of bleeding or injury during my pedicure. I am adding additional photos taken on Day 2 after soaking my feet in Epsom salt. These photos show the cuticle area and overall polish application. While I respect the salon’s policy and their review of camera footage, my review reflects my personal experience and the results I received. My concern was never just the appointment length, but the quality of the finished service.

Great experience Na'Shey was amazing & extremely thorough. She was very patient & considerate. I have never had a better manicure. The spa is clean & quiet.

I wanted to like this place so bad. Mainly because its a black owned business. In booking the services from Groupon, the directions were not clear. I stopped by the salon as I explored my day. In entering the nail salon there was one lady sitting at the middle desk on her phone and gentlemen sitting behind the a desk at the entrance. The nail salon was clean and well put together. However, the esthetics did not match the customer service. The two workers were the only two people inside the salon. The males tone was low and dry as he greeted me. Not a big deal, I thought to myself. I informed him that I purchased a couple of services for my fiance and myself off Groupon. I was asked if I was looking for service for that day. I informed him that I was if it was available. The gentleman informed that there wasn't any services available for today. Which was cool, but why ask if you did not have any available spots? He tone is still dry as if he really doesn't want to provide the service. He scheduled the appointment for 10 a.m. the next morning. Fast forward to the next day. My fiance and I entered the nail salon with the gentleman having the same energy, unwelcoming! NOW, THE SERVICE! The young lady completed service for my fiance. The male gentleman completed my services. When I tell you that man was using an electric drill on my skin, I still have the cuts across all my finger nails and toes. Just ruff for no reason. I have gel nail polish on my cuticle bed. I was very disappointed because with all the customers they have received from Groupon. You would think they would have mastered a basic medicure and pedicure. I still left a tip.
