Absolutely phenomenal viet coffee!! Maybe even the best I’ve had😳 When I came into the cafe the staff immediately helped me and was attentive. I ordered the ube coffee and mango coffee. The ube and mango foam was well made and a perfect ratio with the coffee. Everything was so balanced it brought out the flavors of the drinks so well. Their banh mi was also exceptional. I appreciate the different varieties and authenticity of their menu items. Location is very cozy and warm. Wonderful place will definitely visit again :) (Last photo is their mango coconut croffle, so refreshing and tasty)
This place is amazing! We tried the grilled shrimp Banh Mi and the ham and egg Banh Mi. You can really taste the freshness of their ingredients. We also had the crème brûlée iced coffee and the tiramisu iced coffee. WOW! Literally no complaints. Staff is very attentive and nice. The place is very clean too! Definitely a place to check out!
This Vietnamese cafe was extremely good. As a first-comer to Northeast Philly, the food was delicious, the atmosphere felt welcoming and serene, and the service was great. I've never been to a soft opening like this before but honestly, I had a great time eating at this place. It's in a very humble area and despite it looking small, it had a vast diverse menu with some really bang-for-your-buck deals. Although some some of the portions were a bit small, everything overall tasted great and paired well with one another. I would definitely recommend the Banh Mi: the bread was crunchy while also being soft and the filling complimented everything and made it worthwhile. The people were also really kind and welcoming so I think that deserves a mention as well. 9/10
The drinks are so yum! We tried the mango foam matcha, ube coffee, mango matcha. all the drinks were incredible! The BBQ pork banh mi was very mediocre. The meat was dry and bland. Veggies were skimped and the only good part was the …
Sooo good! I love Vietnamese iced coffee, so I was excited when I heard of Sovo! We ordered the chicken & pork bahn mi, both very tasty & the meat was flavorful. The iced coffees were so good! For sweet treat we tried the biscoff croffle, OMG. STILL THINKING ABOUT IT. Highly recommend!
