OMG! This place was SUCH an experience! I went to visit my friend in Birmingham, AL and we took a day trip here. It was a WONDERFUL experience! We went on a Wednesday during the day so it wasn’t busy at all. The hot and cold tub room was peaceful and practically empty (warning: it was a nude area, so be prepared, if that’s not your thing). We tried ALL of the saunas (I think their were 11), and my favorite had to be cold sauna which closed up your pores at the end of the visit. We both signed up for a body scrub and listen, when I tell you they SCRUB ALL the dead from everywhere… I mean that! 😂 It was my first time doing something like that and it was an experience I would repeat. When you get there you change into the “uniform” and given a wristband like a resort, and you go roam and enjoy. There are SO many services offered for an additional cost; various massages, facials, mani, pedis, and the list goes on! It was absolutely relaxing! There is a restaurant for an additional cost. I’m a fry girl and the fries were really good. 😊 Overall, it was worth the day trip and for $38 and unlimited time… it’s a trip well taken!
This was my first and only experience visiting a Korean spa. This place is HUGE. Let’s start with the pros. There are so many difference saunas! They have an information plaque at each one to tell you what the benefits are. I really enjoyed the heated benches in the common area between the saunas. My favorite one was actually the ice sauna. I decided to add a massage and went for the aromatherapy option. It was an amazing massage. One of the best Ive had actually. Everything seemed very clean. Now the cons. The front desk person didn’t explain things very well so we were confused when we first got to the locker room. They are very strict about shoes in the locker room. Also, I felt the locker room staff seemed pushy. Another complaint is there no area to change if you prefer privacy. If there was, we weren’t notified of it. Also, there is an area in the locker room that is fully nude. Which is fine for adults but there was a little girl, maybe 7 years old. I don’t think anyone under 18 should be allowed.
First time at a Korean sauna and it was an amazing experience. The front desk offered us a great deal on a $300 package that included entry, massages, and food—just make sure to double check how everything works. The facility was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. All the saunas smelled fresh (like flowers and lemon), and my favorites were the jade and jewel saunas—they definitely make you sweat the most. It didn’t feel dirty or overly humid like I expected. I got a Swedish massage by Lynne and it was 10/10. My boyfriend and I were also able to enjoy the saunas and massages together, which made it even better. Staff were helpful and made sure the environment stayed quiet and relaxing. One thing to note: the locker room can be a bit of a culture shock since it’s very open, so just be prepared. Overall, everyone was respectful and friendly. I would definitely come back and bring family and friends.
I spent the whole day here and really loved it. It's by far the best facility of its kind in the Atlanta area. I had a massage from Lucy that was amazing and got a body scrub the made my skin feel like a baby. I really enjoyed the ice sauna. I was also impressed by my lunch and the ginger tea. I'll be back.
The group of four people who was with me enjoyed ourselves. My daughter and I had massages. My sister had a full body scrub and another friend just relaxed. This spa is huge. This place has several different saunas, massages, jacuzzi, pools, food court and just places to relax. The hours on some days it stays open to 2am.
