I ordered my favorite spicy seafood noodle so many times and had numerous issues with it. Its either, too salty or bland, reduced fish portions, etc… They’re calling this dish as spicy seafood combination noodle soup but its only made up of fish and shrimp, and nothing else. This should have been called fish and shrimp combo noodle soup, not seafood combo. As a seafood lover, this dish gave me a false impression of getting varieties of seafood in my order. In addition, the fish was either undercooked or have after taste indicating near spoilage. I also ordered Gen Tsao shrimp with steamed rice. Steamed rice was served hard and cold, and being mentioned as one of my complain. Do they expect me to be quiet and tolerate having hard and cold steamed rice? The waitress took it back to heat it up. Asked for water with lemon but was told they don’t have lemon. Really? I was just there today and have to leave, not able to finished my food because of this psycho waiter, yelling at me while at the cash register, telling me not to come back and some other words that I couldnt understand. Besides the lady waitress, there was another short guy with shaven head that this waiter was talking to. Not sure exactly what his role is, but I’ve seen him walking around and fixing things at the restaurant and doing errands. He didnt do anything at all other than going back to the kitchen, I guess just to hide! Good thing theres only one asian male customer around. It saved me further humiliation. This waiter is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be allowed to serve customer. What a jerk! This all started when I tried to tell this male waiter about my last visit regarding the fish portion. Feeling comfortable since I already aired out my issue, I decided to order it again. Unfortunately, when I got my oder, the shrimp is missing! Since this male waiter was busy, the lady waitress came to help. I told her the shrimp was missing and he ask the male waiter about it. She came back telling me that I ordered fish noodle soup! During my talk with the waitress at my table, the male waiter shouted something in Chinese while he’s at the register. The male waiter ended his words to me to not to come back. I couldnt understand his previous statements. Upon hearing this from him, I stood up and hurriedly left. While walking out, I could hear him cursing me! I didnt bother to go back to prevent further escalation. I wanted to thank this male waiter for letting me know the kind of restaurant I’m supporting! Just FYI, I’m not after a free meal from this place. I’m voicing out coz i want them to be better and stay longer in business. I like the spiciness on the dishes but this is not enough reason to keep coming back. I was told by the other waitress that glitches happens from time to time because the cooks are too busy. Unacceptable excuse to me! Nonetheless, I still wishes your restaurant all the best. Hopefully you improve your staffs to be more respectful to your patrons and truly understand the meaning of customer service. Customer is king and always right. We all have to live by this rule if we want to stay in business.Listen more closely to customer feedback. This is your business barometer. Dont wait for the spark to become a full blown fire before reacting… Thank you for the opportunity to try your place! Photo of seafood spicy noodle soup attached (without the shrimp).

Lop Cheung fried rice, dry fried chicken wings, black bean fish, eggplant potato with string beans, pig ears and vinegar shredded potatoes! Everything was flavorful. Chicken wings were spicy but good. The portions were good. They gave a generous portion of pig ears! Other places give less! The place is clean and the people were very nice. I didn't wait long for my food. Will go back and try other dishes!

I ordered takeout from this place and brought my own reusable containers to reduce singleuse plastic. They were kind enough to accommodate my request, which I truly appreciated. The food was delicious as always, and their willingness to support small eco-friendly actions really means a lot. Highly recommend this place, not just for the great food, but also for their thoughtful service! Me and my husband’s favorite Chinese restaurant ever! Thank you☺️

In the top 10 Chinese restaurants I've been to. Service was impeccable and friendly. Our server was intuitive and was genuinely kind. The food is amazing, and I'm blown away that they don't charge more for their dishes. We got a large spread of food from shrimp dumplings to soup dumplings, scallion pancakes to mapo tofu, and extra rice. We had won ton in chili oil and only spent $60, which included a 20% tip. I want to go to so many more places, but I am thinking of catching a last-minute meal prior to flying back out in a couple of days. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment. I have an affinity to mom and pop shops, especially delicious ones such as this.
