Have been waiting for a prescription for over 2 weeks. No communication from the pharmacy, I called and they said they were waiting on the insurance authorization. I called the insurance company and they had just received the request by the pharmacy, this was 2 weeks later. I don’t know who is telling the truth but I still don’t have my meds. Good thing it is not a life and death situation.
Had given them very little notice to renew prescription. They were very kind and had it ready in no time. I asked if they could change the frequency of my medication and they did it right then , no problem
They are very friendly and offer VERY prompt service! Not one complaint when using Spring Specialty Pharmacy! Their communication via texting, emails, or phone calls keeps me advised when to expect the delivery of my prescription!
Great experience. I really appreciate them informing me my medication would be cheaper without using my insurance. I also work in the specialty pharmacy industry so it shows how much they care. My script did not show up on the day it was promised and they apologized and handled it very well. Overall, everyone who helped from beginning to end was very helpful and I would recommend them.
Love this pharmacy, affordable prices and very convenient having delivery as an option. Helps out when I do need RX ASAP. Less of a hassle knowing meds are waiting for me at my front door if I'm not home. Def recommend if you have a hectic work/personal schedule .
