Sign in to reviewThis church may not be that big or the most beautiful, but it makes up for it in personality and community. Even though there can be some improvements made, there is a lot of community here. This is a close nit parish. Many of the people that go here have been going for years and some have been going since they were kids, or babies like I have. So, you may actually find people here that you have known in grade school if you live around here. You will also find people that you will greet you, especially the priest that will greet you at the end of mass. We have a choir usually on Sundays since mostly everyone goes then. However, we have the children sing on Christmas for the Children's Christmas mass after they put on their play. We make improvements every day with many active volunteers from the parish that cleans, puts up flowers, and sets up. They donate their time and money to help out the church, which doesn't go unnoticed or rewarded by the church. We also have many different groups in the parish that volunteers their time to help with events that is put on such as: crab feed, dinner auction, and the casino trip.
This church is beautiful went to a funeral first time in there. Nice little all around the corner other than it being a funeral I enjoyed myself
