Sign in to reviewI’m a casual golfer who plays as often as I can, but my busy schedule means I often pay the price — lower-back strain, shoulder and arm tension, a cranky left elbow, and tight hamstrings. Thankfully, I found Stephanie. From my very first session, she understood exactly how golf-related injuries affect the body. Her treatments are smart, targeted, and highly effective. Each time I notice real improvements: less pain, better mobility, and more freedom in my swing. Her clinic is also a peaceful haven. The treatment rooms are quiet and relaxing, with gentle meditation music and a soothing, spa-like scent that makes it easy to unwind. It truly feels like a high-end wellness experience. 😌 If you’re dealing with golf or sports injuries or just need a reset from daily stress, I highly recommend Stephanie Wu Acupuncture. So glad I found her! Thanks Stephanie! 🙏🙏
I am so glad that I found Stephanie Wu's practice this year. I'm a long-time Crossfit athlete, and had dismissed increasing muscle tightness, pain, etc. in my hips, shoulders, back, and beyond for years. In June an acute knee injury forced me to slow down, and I began working with Stephanie. The combination of weekly acupuncture and physical therapy has me feeling the best I have in years. I look forward to our sessions, and appreciate that she's in-network with my insurance provider.
Stephanie has been incredibly helpful with my muscle and nerve recovery after my knee replacement surgery. Her dry needling and e-stim work has helped to 'reset' my muscles and assist them with understanding the new alignment of my leg. Her office always has a beautiful calming vibe and amazing smell of eucalyptus. Stephanie is also an athlete herself, so she enjoys the challenge of restoring the performance functionality of an athlete. Thank you Stephanie! I am so glad to have found you!
Stephanie is an exceptional acupuncturist, which was evident from my first visit. I've been seeing her for over a year for back pain, pinched nerves, running and cycling ailments, which have all been relieved by her. I can feel how the muscle tension releases as she inserts the needles and with the addition of estim and heat lamps I slip off to a restful sleep. Stephanie has mastered the art and always reminds me to stay hydrated after my session.
As a soccer player, I've visited Steph twice now for acupuncture therapy, and her expertise has significantly expedited my recovery from injuries while promoting overall health. Steph's profound knowledge in her field is evident, and her acupuncture techniques are notably effective. She identifies the precise muscle areas needing attention, and gets to work! Her serene study environment enhanced comfort and made me feel relaxed during sessions. Recently, I suffered from a grade A hamstring strain, but following acupuncture therapy, I already feel a marked improvement. While some soreness is expected initially, proper hydration and light activity, such as walking, typically alleviate discomfort within a day or two.
