The team was welcoming, professional, and truly lived up to their name by making the entire process completely stress free. They used the newest technology and kept me updated every step of the way. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and made me feel confident about the work being done. One thing that stood out the most was their kindness and consideration—they even called a Lyft for me to get back to work, which I truly appreciated. Genuinely impressed with this place. I called and was taken within the hour — and from the first interaction, the dispatcher was professional and upfront about pricing. When I arrived, the space was clean and well-organized (always a good sign), and the guy at the front desk was equally professional and easy to work with. What really stood out: after a quick test, he told me my battery most likely didn't need replacing — rather than upselling me on a bunch of unnecessary diagnostics or parts. That kind of honesty is rare and goes a long way. I'll absolutely be coming back for future car maintenance. Highly recommend.

My dad’s car was making a very loud noise and we didn’t know what was happening. It was a Saturday when we started looking for shops and luckily this place was open on a Saturday. My husband called an immediately someone answered and helped us through the whole process. I forgot his name but the gentleman on the phone was very nice. We had our car towed to the shop and Miguel kept me updated all throughout and explained the process very thoroughly especially for someone like me knowing nothing of cars. He was very nice and accomodating. He made this experience so much easier. The care was there for about 3-4 days which we thought was pretty quick! The shop also send you pictures, a very detailed invoice and diagnostic and they also have cameras where you see your car super cool! Anyways, this shop is amazing I will definitely come here again and highly recommend it!

was looking for a auto repair shop on yelp to do a 60k servicing on my car since quality tuneup on kirkham and 19th ave closed down some of the employees went to sunset 76 on noriega st. unfortunately sunset 76 is always swamped with walk ins with cars needing repairs. yes they do good work there but have only 3 bays inside (1 bay for oil changes) and 1 outside bay. this time i looked on yelp for a auto repair shop with 8 to 10 bays with racks or lift, somewhat closer to home, high customer satisfaction, in a not so congested and safe neighborhood so i chose stress free auto care on mcallister st stress free auto repair was transparent on what needs repairs through pictures, emails and texting whereas other auto repair places you have to take their word for it or not as detailed on a added repair. you have the option to accept or refuse the added repair quotes. stress free didn't over sold me anything that my car didn't need even though i inquired about it like coolant flush or transmission oil change as they looked at my cars repair records. they found a crack/torn sway bar boot with pictures as proof so i had that replaced especially with san francisco now famous for speed bumps and potholes that'll mess up your suspension. stress free auto even offer complimentary one way rides to wherever if your car is in the shop for longer periods of time. they even have a video camera in the garage to monitor in which you can access via phone to see if your car is in the bay or rack for repairs. robert the service advisor and ahmed took car of my cars need. price was reasonable. they communicated everything along the way promptly. will use them on my next servicing.

Good dudes. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for, you know? You get photos, videos, up to the moment updates on repair progress, all of it. I'd rather pay and have a great team of people take care of my car than have to hassle with sub-par service for a minimal savings elsewhere, and the potential increased cost of fixing said sub-par service. It was literally stress-free. They did a tip to tail inspection on my aging CRV, very thorough, (they offer CCTV with their service so you can watch them work, but I found that to be weird and dystopian so I didn't use it myself, but it's there if you want it.) They were all polite and professional in the shop. Laid out all my options from the most expensive options to what was most important to take care of that day. All of the guys were very attentive and knowledgeable. Also, Giants fandom prominently displayed. Major plus for me lol. So in short, great shop, great service. Will use again.
