Maybe she was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to treat your employees and customers like trash 🗑️ not welcoming zero customer service, cussing as bagging an order… my drink was affordable but was mid at best. I didn’t try any food or treats they looked good but won’t be back to support

Sunmerry Bakery in Irvine is one of my favorite Taiwanese bakeries. We visit it often. They offer a variety of breads. It's our go-to spot for breakfast or dessert treats during outings and family trips. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. The points you earn can be converted to cash at checkout. Highly recommended.
Unprofessional business! Do not come here! I ordered the snoopy holiday hokkido cake set for pick up. The online description said two chocolate and two vanilla cakes come in a holiday package but they didn’t pack any chocolate cakes. The cakes were thrown in and not decorated at all like the description. I called the store and they said I would have to bring all the cakes back to exchange for the chocolate. The workers were super unhelpful and rude.
My frequent place to shop for bun and bread. I also tried their cake before. They are light but a bit too much cream. Their bun and bread are good. I usually get the Boroh Cream, Nutella and Red bean. If you sign up for points using your email, they will update you when they have buy 1 get 1 50% off drink or when they have new items in store. Sometimes they also have promo on bread.
