Incredible flavors without excessive sweetness — perfectly balanced. I love that you can choose the sweetness level from 0% to 125% — I personally go with 0%. Highly recommend for people with prediabetes and anyone who follows a healthy lifestyle.

I bought the boba here few days ago but I just have sort of time to write a review now. It was on 6 June, and at the end of the day when I try to finish my drink, something was in my mouth. At first I thought it was the boba, but then I feel like something different, it may softer than the boba, so I just spit it out of my mouth. And it turned out to be a fly, so disgusting, I used to buy boba from this brand several times, but from now on I refused to buy any of its drink. Just share to let you know, so you wont be unlucky like me. I know the receipt on the bottle look creased, I took it out to take photo of the drink, and throw into my bag; luckily I didnt throw it into the trash can so that I could find this after I freaked out of the fly as the proof of purchase.

I visited to claim my reward points. I had no clue I had $10 worth of points. Parking: There’s a large free parking lot. It’s a busy plaza, so finding a spot can be a hit or miss. Ambiance/Environment: I’ve visited this location a couple times before. It’s very casual. I like the bright yellow and natural sunlight that comes through the windows. They have a medium sized space with a decent amount of indoor seating. For whatever reason, there wasn’t any furniture during my recent visit. Service: There are two self ordering kiosks on the left once you enter. You can also order in person at the register. I ordered at the register, and the worker was nice and efficient. Drinks: I’ve tried their milk teas with boba in the past. I really enjoy their milk teas. They’re more on the sweeter side, so I suggest adjusting the sweetness level. The boba tasted as expected. I got the Signature Coffee with easy ice and 50% sweetness. I enjoyed the coffee. It was simple yet strong. Pricing: Again, I used my reward points to claim this drink. It would’ve been worth it if I was able to order a larger size. Unfortunately, the Signature Coffee only comes in a 16oz.

Of i could put 0 stars i would, i went for Mothers day! May 10th 2026, they mest up on my order, the strawberry jasmine tea didn't have flavor it was Not sweet when i asked 100%, i ordered a sunright milk tea that also tasted nasty, when i asked 100% sweet. It did not have flavor. And mines was missing boba a brown sugar milk tea, which i asked if they can do my jazmine and sugar milk tea again and the cashier Guy was soo rude talking back at the me, & telling me why am i asking him when i already had someone helping me. Soo freaken rude!! Would not buy again!! Their drinks are not all that anyways
