I’ve driven past this restaurant several times and always wondered if it was worth trying. Yesterday, a last-minute dinner plan with my girlfriends finally gave me the perfect excuse to find out—and I’m so glad I asked them if they would like to try this restaurant and they agreed. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so I highly recommend making a reservation, especially during lunch or dinner hours. The dining room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, creating a comfortable atmosphere without feeling cramped. One nice touch: as soon as we were seated, the staff served us this “colored water.” My friend said she asked what it was, and they explained it was lemongrass tea. It was light, refreshing, not sweet and a thoughtful way to welcome guests. Everything we ordered was beautifully plated. You could tell they paid attention not only to flavor but also to presentation—each dish looked just as good as it tasted. 🥢 Shrimp Toast Bun – A fantastic starter. Perfectly toasted with a satisfying crunch, while the ground shrimp filling remained soft, flavorful, well-seasoned, and a great starter. 🌶️ Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings – These definitely earned the word “spicy!” I have a pretty low tolerance for heat, so I found myself taking a sip of water after almost every bite. They were so crispy, juicy, and delicious and the sticky glaze had just the right balance of sweetness and spice. Even as someone who doesn’t usually order spicy food, I’d absolutely get these again. 🥩 Lomo Saltado – This was outstanding. The beef was incredibly tender, and every component worked together perfectly. The crispy potatoes soaked up the savory sauce without losing their texture, while the tomatoes and pickled onions added freshness and brightness. The fried egg on top was cooked perfectly with a rich, semi-runny yolk that brought everything together. My only wish is that they offered the option to substitute garlic noodles for rice. I think that combination would take this dish to another level. 🍜 Pho Suon Khung (Dino Rib Pho) – This was easily the showstopper of the meal. The giant beef rib was unbelievably tender. The meat was pre-sliced and the was served on top of the bone so it literally is falling off the bone with barely any effort. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and comforting without being overly salty. It’s the kind of bowl that makes you slow down and savor every bite. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Our dishes arrived at a comfortable pace, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each course without feeling rushed. The staff checked on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed while still allowing us to catch up and enjoy our conversation. They also kept our complimentary lemongrass tea refilled throughout the meal, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Between the delicious food, beautiful presentation, clean and inviting dining room, and attentive service, this turned out to be one of those hidden gems that exceeds expectations. It’s always fun when a spontaneous dinner ends up becoming a place you’ll genuinely recommend to others. I’m already planning to come back with my family, and for me, that’s one of the highest compliments I can give a restaurant. Looking forward to trying more of the menu next time.

Came to dine in and the service was great. They were very attentive and the food was quick. They start you off with a Pandan Tea drink that actually tastes of pandan without being watered down. Do note that this place is "Modern" Pho! They do not abide by all the traditional rules and it is different, but not bad. I ordered the Pho Nam (Fatty Brisket Pho) and the Pork & Avocado Spring Rolls. Both dishes are very light. The broth was clear and they used Banh Pho noodles (Flat Medium Rice Noodles) that are more traditional in Central Vietnam - You can see them in the photos attached. The spring rolls were also very light and refreshing with tender pork and they were delicious. The portion sizes are on the smaller-medium size which I actually appreciate, although I know a lot of people that would prefer the overly large portion sizes. It was a good amount to feel full, but not like I've overeaten. The place is very clean and maintained on the inside. The entire time I was eating, they were wiping down utensils one by one, and were hand stamping their name on the to go bags. They are meticulous with their work, and you can definitely tell! Side note - Even their disposable chopsticks were quality (and adorable. Image attached too).

My family decided to check out this new restaurant after my daughter's college volleyball game and the food was delicious! We spoke to the owner and he told us that the menu was shortened as they're trying to finish the construction inside the restaurant. Everything that we ordered was full of flavor and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the chicken wings and the garlic noodles. When we come back to Hayward I hope the construction is complete so that we can try the new items on the menu. This restaurant is a must try!

Everything we tried was extremely delicious. The pork and avocado rolls were fresh and full of flavor, were honestly some of the best we’ve had. The sticky spicy chicken wings were amazing, perfectly balanced with sweetness and heat. We also loved the egg coffee and the lychee lemonade, both unique and refreshing. The ambiance is really chill and quiet, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the food. Service was great, the location is convenient, and overall it was an excellent experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very good, high end, modern food. They are investing a lot to make this place nice. Staff mediocre hospitality. Up and coming nice place in an up and coming new developmental area.
