Very disappointing experience. We ordered Special Chicken Biryani for 10 people and paid $120, expecting decent quality food for our gathering. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst biryanis we have had. The rice was not cooked properly, many portions were hard and undercooked, and the biryani was overloaded with oil/ghee, making it excessively greasy and unpleasant to eat. The taste and texture were far below expectations. As a result, most of the food had to be thrown away, which was extremely frustrating considering the amount we paid. Afterward, I called the restaurant to explain the issue and requested at least a partial refund as a fair resolution. However, the managers, Srikanth and Rajesh, refused to provide any refund or compensation and showed no willingness to address the concern or work toward a solution. Food quality issues can happen, but customer service is what matters when things go wrong. The complete lack of accountability and refusal to offer any resolution made the experience even more disappointing. We spent $120 on food that was largely inedible and ended up in the trash. Based on this experience, I would not recommend ordering large catering or party orders from this restaurant.

Tried different tiffin combos 😋 Must try their combo options if you want to taste different items in one meal. The dosa combo was really good tasty, filling, and worth trying. Perfect place for South Indian breakfast lovers

Kind of hidden all the way in in Las Colinas, this place is pretty good for an array of food you are looking for. Set in very street food setting, the offerings are great. The cashiers are knowledgeable and courteous. It’s a self serve entity but their order announcements and delivery are done in an orderly manner. Do not expect an exotic ambience by any means. If so, order, and take the food home. We enjoyed our thali, dining in..

I ordered a chicken puff. It’s really bad. Chicken is really smelling bad very dry. I never recommend anyone buy from here.

The food is consistently good. Occasionally, the biryanis or pulavs may come with very few pieces of mutton or chicken, but if you mention it to the staff, they are attentive just make sure to address it at your next visit. The atmosphere isn’t that nice, but since it’s a restaurant combined with a grocery store, there’s only so much you can expect. The Nellore Ghee Karam Dosa is sooooooo gooooddd!!!!!
