Thank you to Hannah Brown and Ashley at Taglio Hair Salon. They are experts at there jobs and should be shown appreciation for there knowledge and expertise as hair colorist and hairdressers. I really appreciate both of them. ❤️❤️😊😊 I love going to a hair Salon and getting exactly what I ask for and these two get it done. There’s nothing worse than spending $350 on your hair and waiting 4 to 5 months for it to grow out because you don’t like it. I would highly recommend these two!!

If you're looking for a colorist... RUN don't walk to Hannah. She absolutely slayed my blonde highlight request above expectations. It was my first visit and she made me feel like I've been going for years. So welcoming and accommodating :) I also needed a hair trim so Hannah referred me to Chloe who was incredible. She left my hair feeling new and healthier than ever! Needless to say, Hannah and Chloe are my go-to's at Taglio. Thanks for an awesome experience!

I have had the pleasure of getting my hair done at Taglio Salon in Scottsdale. As you enter the salon, you are greeted with professionalism and kindness from the staff. The hairstylists’ assistants make sure you are comfortable and engage in pleasant conversations. All the hairstylists are wonderful at their craft. Over the seven years I have gotten my hair done, I celebrate Debbie, Sidney and Skye!

I went to taglio salon to get a facial and it was amazing!! Pemika was amazing!!! She did my first facial and it was so relaxing and it was customized to my skin type!!! She’s very experienced and she knows what she’s doing!! I would recommend her for anyone!!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and this feedback is not shared lightly. Sonja is a very attentive and talented stylist, and everyone else I encounter here has consistently been kind and welcoming. Even during this visit, the young woman sweeping the floor acknowledged my presence while I was waiting and was kind, which I appreciated. I also have a hospitality background, so professionalism, honesty, and customer care are extremely important to me. Unfortunately, I’ve now had two negative experiences with the manager, Olivia, and this most recent visit was especially disappointing. I had asked Olivia if she could check to see whether Sonja knew I was there. She returned and told me Sonja was finishing up with her client and implied it wouldn’t be long. After waiting an additional 15 minutes (30 minutes total), I went directly to Sonja to ask if she knew I was waiting. Sonja told me she had never been informed. I immediately went back to Olivia and explained that Sonja said she didn’t know I was waiting and that the message had not been passed along. Olivia became defensive and angry, stating that Sonja does not work for her, that she is a renter, and that she handles her own appointments. As a customer, I do not need to be lied to, nor do I need to be informed about internal business operations or behind the scenes practices. I book my appointments and pay for my services at the front desk, to the salon. Being spoken to this way by the manager was disrespectful and unprofessional. As a member of the leadership team, Olivia represents the Taglio brand, and her demeanor and actions reflect on the entire salon. I pay a significant amount of money for hair care services here and expect honesty, professionalism, and respectful communication. A manager in a client facing role should go out of their way to ensure waiting clients are being taken care of, communicate clearly, and maintain a welcoming demeanor. I value this salon and the stylists who work here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so the customer experience aligns with the quality of the services being provided.
