Tango Bakery & Cafe

I had been a loyal customer of Tango Bakery for more than 8 years and always loved both their cakes and customer service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered a cake for my niece’s graduation that cost $159, including delivery. My first disappointment was learning that store pickup was not allowed and delivery was mandatory, which added a very expensive fee — about $70 in our case. Even worse, the cake arrived an hour earlier than the scheduled delivery time and, shockingly, it was delivered without a box. The delivery driver simply left the cake completely uncovered. I honestly question whether this even meets proper food safety standards. It clearly reflects a lack of care and professionalism toward customers and the products they deliver. Instead of maintaining the quality and standards that made customers loyal in the first place, Tango Bakery seems to be cutting corners at the customer’s expense. Tango Bakery, once customers lose trust in your service, it won’t be easy to win them back. This was a very disappointing experience!!!!!

Im so disappointed. My daughter started crying when she saw her birthday cake that we have ordered a week in advance. We asked for the kpop demon hunters cake with simple strikes and this is what we got. She said they couldnt do simple strikes after I was already there waiting to pick up the cake for over an hour. After I complained she took it back and tried to fix it and gave us this messy cake. Dont go here unless you want to walk out with a cheap looking cake.

I was recommended by a friend and honestly the flavors didn’t disappoint I’m not a huge fan of cakes but after ordering my daughter’s birthday cake here I was left wanting more. I didn’t get exactly what I wanted but they took time to make sure I left satisfied. It’s funny how he could tell right away I wasn’t happy with it but I’m not the type of customer that complains but the guy didn’t let me walk away until he made it better. I’m ready for my birthday in November just to buy another cake . 100/10
