TAO Foot Massage is a massage therapist in Oklahoma City, OK, offering foot reflexology, chair-and-foot massage, and full-body massage options for people looking to unwind or give tired muscles focused attention. Located at 6900 N May Ave Ste 9A, Oklahoma City, OK 73116, the business is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Customer feedback describes a welcoming, professional experience, and the business has a 4.8 rating from 1,147 reviews. Whether you are considering a first visit or returning for a familiar service, the range of massage options gives you a way to choose an experience that suits your needs and comfort level.

Foot reflexology is one of the services customers mention most often. One reviewer describes a one-hour session as a clothed, full-body experience in a shared room with two to four other people, and recommends wearing loose clothing such as a baggy T-shirt and shorts. Other guests mention chair-and-foot massage, while some combine foot and body massage during the same visit. If you prefer a quieter or more private setting, ask about the room arrangement when booking so you know what to expect. Customer accounts suggest that the experience can include attention beyond the feet, but the exact service may depend on the option you select.

Reviews also highlight back massage and deep-tissue work. Guests describe therapists focusing on knots, tender areas, and the spots that need extra attention, with some choosing a 60-minute full-body deep-tissue massage with hot stones. Others visit for relaxation or to address back discomfort. These are customer experiences, not a guarantee of a particular result, so it can be helpful to explain your preferences and any areas of concern before the session begins. Guests have also asked for a male therapist for one person and a female therapist for another, and one review says the request was accommodated; contact the business to confirm availability for your visit.

The atmosphere is described by customers as relaxing, and the service as friendly and professional. Reviewers mention returning over several years, appreciate that walk-ins are accepted, and also note that the business can get busy, making an appointment a sensible choice. TAO Foot Massage may suit individuals seeking foot-focused care, people interested in a chair massage, or couples who want to ask about coordinated appointments. You can also inquire about a head massage, which one customer planned to try on a future visit. With daily hours from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., the Oklahoma City location offers a broad window for scheduling. Call ahead to confirm current services, therapist availability, room setup, and appointment times before you go.
