Sign in to reviewOur go to spot for milk teas with BIG & mini boba. The tropical fruit tea with green apple jelly will forever be my drink of choice. I’d love if they also offered Thai Coffee alongside their Thai Tea but then I’d have to move in and start paying rent. Definitely recommended!
I recently visited Tapioca Express and ordered three drinks. Unfortunately, one of them didn’t taste good at all. When I asked if I could exchange it for something else, the staff informed me that they don’t allow drink exchanges, no matter the reason. It was a bit disappointing since we ended up leaving without the replacement. Overall, the experience was not as pleasant as I hoped.
No big boba available until after 11:45am. I feel as if it’s on the menu, it should be ready when the store opens at 11:00am. The seating area is fine. However, the bathroom was a little weird because they keep a big 55 gallon drum of used oil in there. Order from the tablet in store or snack pass app. Not much interaction with employees.
This place is good. The boba drinks are good and the customer service is normal. The drinks are not excellent which is why I am giving it a 4 star. I have had better boba drinks but this place is good to satisfy cravings!
Trust me it’s amazing ! I haven’t tried the drinks yet . But they got me hooked on this chicken !
