Sign in to reviewAlways have had great customer service from the pharmacy staff, but some of the people in the front checkout area are so rude. I was checking out early this afternoon and (politely) asked the cashier if she needed to see my license - I always have to provide it when picking up a controlled substance - to which she very rudely replied, "I didn't ask you for one." Apparently, I bothered her while she was in the middle of gossiping with another coworker. It's disappointing because on the whole it's a good place to use to pick up prescriptions, but interactions like that are sadly becoming more common and, frankly, they should be deemed unacceptable by management. Do better in how you treat your customers - the pharmacy staff alone shouldn't be the only ones providing good service.
Not a good experience at all. it was my first time here. I was treated differently because of my race. The staff’s behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. I hope the pharmacy takes this feedback seriously and improves how it treats all customers.
First and last time going. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional staff. They’re used to a certain demographic of people and clearly don’t know how to treat others outside their own race. I highly urge you to consider different pharmacies especially if you’re a person of color.
I’ve been going here for twenty years, and for 16 years they’ve been amazing, but they’ve become excessively hard to deal with lately. Maybe me and my family are on a bad luck streak, but every time any of us go lately there’s a problem. Prior authorizations keep getting mistakenly held up on the pharmacy’s end, but they blame the insurance company. Hope they figure out how to fix their process on that one.
I’ve used multiple compounding pharmacies in Austin and Tarrytown is so easy and affordable… they are hands-down the best in town. The delivery option is really helpful.
