Sign in to reviewI ordered a med sweet peach oolong milk tea and it was a bit sweeter than my liking. I was a bit afraid to ask them for a remake, but the kind staff was able to adjust the sweetness to my taste. 10/10 drink, would come back for customer services!
Drinks are either a 5 or a 1 depending on who’s working. If tonight was my first experience at this location I’d give it a 1 star. My drink was missing the honey boba. Then when I went back and got the boba, it was not cooked all the way (so bad texture) and had no flavor/sweetness to it.
I have ordered the matcha ice coffee at several different tastea before, so I was surprised that this location completely skimmed out on the drink. This is 5 minutes after I left the store. It's was a 32oz drink, but there was maybe 6-8oz of coffee and maybe 24oz of ice, filled almost to the top of the cup. If you enjoy their matcha ice coffee, I would skip this location and go to the other franchise stores instead. Edit: I went and get another matcha coffee, without changing the ice level, to see if they are consistent with the drink. As you can see in the second picture, they are not.
Fresh and delicious. Great options on menu. Food snacks are addicting.
The food portions here are DIABOLICALLY SMALL. I brought it up nicely to one of the staffs and they just say that’s their regular portion. I’ve been going to this location for 4+ years and portions keep getting smaller and smaller I swear. Don’t order snacks from here anymore. They’re too overpriced and keep skimming on the portion year after year.
