Lure Ball Bites — Today’s Catch: After a storage-side quest hunting for missing Pokémon wristbands, I needed a Full Restore and wandered into Tea Daddy, a name that sounds like a Water-type Gym but feels more like a calm Psychic-type café. About a third of the menu leans into coffee moves, so it’s got strong dual-typing appeal for Trainers needing a caffeinated boost. I’ve tried the Brown Sugar Milk Boba before and this time went with an extra-sweet Avocado Smoothie, but even boosted, it didn’t hit with the sugary Fairy-type power I expected. Not a bad drink, just lower sweetness stats than similar builds elsewhere. Still, with plenty of seating and a quiet atmosphere perfect for studying or working, this spot feels more like a peaceful Pokémon Center than a flashy Pokémon Gym.

Decent, compared to the Richardson location. The best parts of this UTDallas location were: #1. very good avocado smoothie made with fresh avocados we saw the employee cut & scoop out #2. spacious long cafe area with various seating, including a large table in the middle #3. big free parking in this mall area #4. large lovely painting by the front What was only ok were: #1. ube latte had very strong coffee & overwhelmed any ube flavor #2. decent matcha milk tea #3. brown sugar boba with egg cream was only ok & lacked the robust flavor made in the Richardson location. 4. Staff lacked the eager friendliness of the Richardson location. Come here for their avocado smoothie.

I really like their fruit teas! I enjoyed the tropical and Logan tea the most. I love that you can adjust the sugar level too. They also use real fruits in certain drinks which I appreciate. I also like the fusion tea taste but I didn’t like the nut in it. I tried their matcha coffee before. It is strong since it is Viet coffee, but it wasn’t the best matcha coffee I tried before. For service, they are fast.

We tried this cafe for the first time this evening (June 3). The staff was friendly, helpful, and incredibly fast considering she was working all by herself. The peach tea was refreshing and came with sliced peaches. The avocado smoothie was made by real avocado. Will be coming back soon.

Saw some great reviews of this place so decided to drop by. Was told that the Ube Matcha Latte was one of their top sellers so got that, but when my drink came out only 60-70% of the cup was filled, and I ordered the large size. The cashier told me that was because I ordered it with no ice, but I've been to tons of other boba and coffee places and they always fill up the cup, hell the the social media photos of this place shows the Ube Matcha Latte with the cup filled. The taste was fine, but for a $7 drink the portions are extremely disappointing, so this place is going to be a no from me dawg.
