Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle

Noodle bowl were very good. The soup noodle was a big bowl, more then enough for 2. The dry noodle was delicious. The pork bone soup noodle was good and light. All spice is adjustable. Popcorn chicken was very good. Waitress was very helpful explaining everything. Will definitely come back.

I went there on a weekday afternoon. The food came out quickly, and the noodles were chewy with a nice glossy texture. Even though there wasn’t any broth, the noodles were full of flavor with a perfect balance—not too salty and not too bland. The portion size was just right. I recommend mixing everything well before eating. It comes with cilantro, so if you’re not a fan, make sure to ask for it without cilantro beforehand.

This is my new favorite restaurant. Definitely a hidden gem and stumbled upon it on accident. The staff here is amazing. They always take the time to explain the menu and help explain what is what. The staff Is 5 stars. My go to here is the chicken noodle bowl. It is always piping hot with fresh white meat chicken, vegetables and noodles. I could literally survive off this meal. I can genuinely say that this is a very healthy well prepared meal. I also enjoy the sesame balls, they are always made to order and very fresh. I have also had the spicy tofu ( amazing), the dumplings ( also great). I usually toggle between the green tea and soda but always have a glass of water near by in case I add in some chili sauce to my meal. A+++++ all the way for food and service!

An actual hidden gem (unlike those “hidden gems” that those influencers are always talking about). Amazing, authentic food that always comes out super fast. The servers are always very friendly and prompt with their service. The price is very reasonable for the amount of food they give you! I’ve been here 5+ times and the food is very consistent and always spot on. My favorite thing to get is the byo yunnan rice noodle. So good! It’s usually pretty empty when I’ve gone, and it makes me so sad because this restaurant is so good.

Come hungry. Got the ready to eat noodle soup with original pork bone broth and beef slices as well as the popcorn chicken. And, my god. They do not skimp on all the trimmings, noodles/meat/vegetables all in equal balance, digging for treasure with the corn and quail eggs, and that broth just ties it all together with a comforting subtle taste. Could keep sipping that broth even after my bowl was empty. Very filling and delicious. The amount of popcorn chicken they give you is enough for 2 and makes a great snack to take home afterwards. Well worth the price and very reasonable prices. Has a cozy feel to the place, like stopping by grandma's for a bite to eat. Seated immediately and the food came in no time. Def recommend for good eatings.
