A defining part of the experience is assembling your soup with the ingredients served alongside it. Customers say this hands-on approach is fun and distinctive, and makes a bowl feel personal from the first bite. The Tomato Rice Noodle is a notable choice for guests who enjoy fragrant, gentler flavors; one review describes its tomato broth as subtle, balanced, and neither too acidic nor too sweet. Rice noodles are also praised for their texture, with one customer noting they arrived well prepared rather than mushy. For diners looking for more heat, the Numb Spicy Beef Rice Noodle and spicy fish fillet Yunnan rice noodle soup are among the dishes mentioned by reviewers.
The menu has options beyond noodle soup, too. Customers have also enjoyed sweet potato fries, seaweed as an appetizer, and chicken wings, which can help round out a meal or add a shareable side. Feedback describes the food as flavorful and satisfying, while another guest found it relatively light. That range may suit diners who want a warming, filling bowl without necessarily choosing a heavy meal. The soup’s separate ingredients and fixings also give you room to explore different combinations at your own pace. Since preferences for spice and broth vary, the menu’s range of flavors gives returning guests and first-timers different ways to choose a bowl.
Guests describe the interior as clean and attractive, with comfortable booths and a spacious feel. Reviews mention friendly, efficient service, and note that the restaurant can be busy, including during a Sunday afternoon visit. I really enjoyed the Yunnan rice noodles—they were incredibly flavorful and satisfying. The interactive experience of assembling your own soup from the array of provided ingredients is both fun and unique. My sole suggestion would be to lower the background music just a touch, as the volume made it difficult to hold a conversation. Other than that, it was a great meal!
Decided to give this place a try. I would say the food is pretty light, and good. Some of the staff were quite nice. We tried one of the dishes that really stood out in Yelp and on the menu. The Tomato Rice Noodle which they put every little bit of ingredient in the side. The noodles were basically the same “bun bi hoi” noodles if you ever tried that dish at a Vietnamese restaurant. Keep note that if you ask for extra noodles, they charged $3.50 for a bowl. We tried the popcorn chicken, and found it quite good. It had basil inside. The beef tripe and woodear were decent. Water is tastes like tap but had lemon inside. Overall had a decent experience and wouldn’t mind stopping by again if I wanted something simple for the family and kids. Glad they were open on Thanksgiving Day
Staff were friendly, venue was spacious, menu was simple and easy to understand with a good selection of items that highlights Yunnan noodles and flavours. The pros: Broth - ordered tomato, fragrant, not too acidic or sweet, with subtle tomato flavor Rice Noodles - well prepared, not mushy, good texture and springiness Spring Onion Pancake - a little more oily and fried, but still had a bit of the flaky to it Shrimp tempura - probably frozen but still good! Chili Oil Chicken (saliva chicken) - chicken well prepared in terms of the meat but the sauce was a bit vinegar heavy and not enough chili and spice. can pass on this one Dried Noodles - again on sweeter end of Soy sauce but was a very big bowl where they definitely dont cheap out on the Noodles and fillings! Highly recommend when you want a nutritious bowl of noodles for an affordable price.
It’s my second time coming here in a month together with my lady friend… ordered a Numb Spicy Beef noodle and sweet patato fries, seaweed appetizer…. The food is delicious! I remember the chicken wings from last time which was very yummy too! This is definitely a hidden gem for Yunnan noodle in vegas!
Relatively new and concept was new to me, too. It’s very pretty inside, clean with comfortable booths. It was also pretty busy with Asian families and couples on a Sunday afternoon. Service is friendly and efficient. I really enjoyed my spicy fish fillet Yunnan rice noodle soup with many fixings, but I really liked the quail egg and the meat sauce. My husband had the original beef brisket noodle soup that he liked a lot and finished it all! We also shared the seaweed salad and cucumber salad and it was mildly spicy only and I loved its flavorings. I will definitely come back when I’m in town.
