I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Originally saw them on a delivery service then tried the Creme Brulee Croffle and then a few days late went in store and the store is so cute and so are their bags. The creme brulee croffle has become my new favorite desert it's phenomenal. I even ordered the snow velvet mango smoothie and it is by far my favorite drink I've had from a teahouse before. If you're in the area looking for a milk tea, Boba, or a smoothie and a quick sweet treat then this is your place. Support small businesses!

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had such a disappointing experience at my favorite boba spot that I felt I needed to share it. When I walked in, the cashier acted like I was bothering her. She didn’t greet me or say anything at all, I wasn’t even sure if she was ready to take my order because she just stared at me. I ordered two of the exact same drinks, but they tasted completely different. One was watery, while the other was overwhelmingly sweet. On top of that, neither drink was filled to the top. For drinks that cost almost $8 each, this level of inconsistency and poor service is unacceptable. It’s especially disappointing because this has always been one of my favorite boba places.

Very beautiful place and super clean, they have games so that you can stay and play with friends which is very different from other boba places and I love that. However, I don’t recommend the crème brûlée milk boba. The crème brûlée is kinda just crumbled up in there and gives it a really bad texture and separates. So if you’re a texture person this is definitely a no. Flavor is good though. The blueberry yogurt mochi milk just tastes like yoplait yogurt, not really much of a flavor profile other than you’re just drinking some yogurt.

I see all the good reviews are from several months to a year ago. I came months ago and got the crème brûlée 2 times within a few weeks. I’ve gone twice lately and my husband and I get the same crème brûlée drink but somehow one is way sweeter than the other. Just went today and was pretty much given straight up milk with a tiny bit of boba and brown sugar that barely sweetened the drink when mixed. Can y’all improve training and consistency? Otherwise I’ll only go to P’tit Maison in Fort Worth because they are consistent and really good every time.

I love The Alley SO MUCH. I come here at least 4 times a week just for their matcha. It is def the best matcha you can get at a reasonable price with many flavors! Not to mention the owner and all the workers are so nice. If you don't like matcha literally all of their drinks are so good and it is very consistent every time. For tea get strawberry green tea, for coffee get brown sugar cold brew, for boba get the garden with black tea. It is just so amazing and makes my tastebuds tingle every time. Not to mention they have a good reward system!! My dream in life is to own a The Alley!!
