Reviews describe attentive service from Mickey, an advisor customers say listens closely and helps them understand what the vehicle needs. One customer arrived with several concerns as well as maintenance work that was due, and appreciated receiving a quick, accurate diagnosis and a solution for each issue. Other feedback emphasizes transparent communication from the first phone call through the repair and follow-up. That kind of clear, responsive interaction can be especially helpful when a car problem is stressful or when a driver wants to understand the proposed work before deciding how to proceed. Customers describe the experience as professional and reassuring.

The repairs mentioned by customers include air-conditioning replacement, battery-related help, and general maintenance. One reviewer said the shop replaced the AC system on an older car for $1,500 less than the dealership had quoted, and also praised the timely, professional service. This is one customer's comparison, not a guarantee of pricing; repair costs depend on the vehicle and the work required. Another customer appreciated receiving help quickly after a battery died, including a ride while the car was unavailable. Long-time customers also report returning for thorough work at what they consider reasonable cost, with the aim of keeping their vehicles running smoothly.

The Auto Shop is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and closed Saturday and Sunday. Calling before a visit may help you explain your concern and coordinate next steps.
